Shipping policy

• Products will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  
   
• Delivery times vary from location:

1. Cairo and Giza: 2-3 business days
2. Alexandria: 2-3 business days
3. Mansoura: 3-4 business days
4.  Zagazig: 3-4 business days
5. Tanta: 3-4 business days
6. All Other Governorates: 3-4 business days

• In case of refund, the amount of 1 delivery fee will be deducted from the due amount.  
• In case of exchange, 1 additional delivery fee will be charged directly by the courier when the new packaged is delivered and the previous package is picked up.
