Refund policy

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Please use the "Contact Us" section on this website or message us on Instagram DM. We will respond to your request in maximum 6 hours.

  2. Refund and Exchange Period: We allow refunds or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Should 7 days have elapsed since you received your package, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange.

  3. Conditions for Refund or Exchange:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with unremoved label.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Eligible items for refund or exchange include those damaged during shipping, defective, or if you received the incorrect item.

  4. Courier Charges: The client is responsible for covering the courier charges for the pick-up of the exchanged/refund product. PICK-UP FEE: 85 EGP. 

  5. Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you have the option to receive the refund via bank transfer or keep the refund as a gift card with no expiration date.

  6. Exchange Process: Clients are welcome to exchange the product for any other item available in the store, subject to availability. The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. If the exchanged item exceeds the original purchase value, the client will be responsible for the price difference.

  7. Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service team at shopvyc.eg@gmail.com. For a speedy process, you must add your order number and bank details (including Vodaphone Cash or Instapay) to the content of the e-mail. We endeavor to respond to all emails within 1 business day. For other methods of refund, kindly include your phone number in your email so a customer relations representative can promptly get in touch with you. 

  8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

  9. Non-Returnable Items: END OF SEASON SALE items are on clearance and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
